ORDER APPOINTING COMMISSIONER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon defendants' Motion
for Appointment of Commissioner. Upon argument of counsel and
review of the file, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Albert Monick, 1413 Old Mill Road, Wyom-
issing, Pennsylvania, is hereby designated as commissioner of
this Court before whom the following depositions may be taken
in Pennsylvania:

2. That upon issuance of subpoena by this Court, _
said commissioner is authorized to cause service of said sub-
poena, duces tecum, to cause production of documents and~the
presence of the witness at the time and place designated in the
Notice of Taking of Depositions.
3. That defendants shall set all the above depo-
sitions within thirty (30)-days from the date of'this Order and
in any event, defendants shall give plaintiffs'.counsel at least
