and Gladys W. Wi 1 son, his wife dated February 12 19 76 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 248 on page
2368 , securincJ the payment of the sum of

covering property in the County of $t. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of tF~e indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
