Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease, as recorded
in Official Records Book 195 , Fage 2952of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, described in the foregoing Warranty Deed; understands that each and every
provision of the foregoing documents is made for the benefit of all owners of the
Condaainiwn and is essential to the successful operation and management of said
Condominium property; covenants for himself, heirs, successors and assigns forever to
abide by each anti every provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-
Laws and the Ninety-Nine Year Lease /agreement; and further agrees to pay the Mortgage,
if any, described in the foregoing Deed; Grantee (s) further consent (s) that the un-
divided share and ceitain interest in the Condominium property and in the common ele-
ments appurtenant to the Condominium unit herein conveyed, and the proportional share
of the common expenses for which the Grantee (s) shall be liable, shall be
