TEI~O:~ARY ORDER
This cause was heard after notice, on March 9, 1979, upon
petitioner's demand for temporary relief while this cause is
pending. The Court having heard the evidence presented and the
arguments of counsel, and being fully advised, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The petitioner is awarded sole and exclusive use and
occupancy of the maritsl residence located at 1215 Kentucky Ave.,
Fort Pierce, Florida, together with all household furnishings,
fixtures, appliances, equipment and housewares ~ontained therein.
2. The respondent, JOHN J. RAUCH, is ordered to remove
himself and his personal effects from the dwelling occupied by
the petitioner located at 1215 Kentucky Ave., Fort Pierce, Florida,
on or before 5: b o o'clock ~ M. on the 11 day of 1979 .
and to remain away from that dwelling thereafter.
f 3. The respondent, JOHN J. RAUCH, is enjoined from coming
about, molesting, harming or annoying the petitioner, MARGUERITE
C. RAUCH.

4. The Sheriff of this County. is directed to enforce the
s
terms of this Order regarding the respondent being restrained
from entering the dwelling of the parties; and should violation
occur in the presence of that officer, he is directed to take
respondent into custody and bring him before the Court.
5. This Order shall remain in full force and effect until
y further order of this Court.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED in Fort Pierce, St.Lucie County,
