ORDER FOR COMMITMENT
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Affidavit of
B. A. Bittan, Jr. of the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes
for the enforcement of~the Order entered on February 5, 1979,
and the Court being otherwise fully advised, it is thereupon
ORDERED:
1. That the Husband, Marion Coles Talley, be
committed to the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for
thirty days.
2. That C. L. Norwell, Sheriff of St. Lucie County,

j Florida is ordered and directed to commit the Husband, Marion
Coles Talley, to the St. Lucie County Jail to serve the sentence
~ herein imposed, and all and singular the Sheriffs of the counties
F of the State of Florida are hereby directed to take the Husband,
E Marion Coles Talley, into custody, wherever he may be found, and
deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County and the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County, Florida will immediately commit the Husband,
Marion Coles Talley, to the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce,
Florida to serve 30 full days.
