FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court upon the
Complaint, Default and Affidavit filed by the Plaintiff herein
as to the amounts due of and from the Defendant, RALPH CURL,
and the Court having heard testimony and examined evidence
presented by the Plaintiff, upon consideration thereof,- it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff have and recover
of and from the Defendant, RALPH CURL, the sum of Two Thousand
Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars; interest in the amount of

Six Hundred Ten and 40/100's ($610.40) Dollars; attorney's fees

which the Court finds to be a reasonable fee; and, costs in the
