Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above
Court on the day of i~~A~ 1979 by the above named

Plaintiff(s) against the above named Defendant(s).
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 14 and the East 9.58 feet of Lot 15 in Block 2 of
FRANKLIN PARK ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 32 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, .Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained
therein, replacements thereof and additions thereto.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a

~ certain mortgage given by HERSHEL BREWSTER and ANNIE LEE BREWSTER,

his wife to the Plaintiff (s) , recorded in O.R. Book 253 at Page 533
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
~ of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of -the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
