and this figure was arrived at by giving the Purchaser credit for
substantial improvements he has made to the hereinafter described
real property at his own expense before the execution of this _
Annuity Agreement. The Purchaser agrees that in the event of a
default in the annuity payment for two successive months that
portion of said amount in excess of the annuity payment made shall
be due and owing on demand.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their
hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
