HomeMy WebLinkAbout2325 43 ~ ~ 31 THIS INDENTURE , made this ~ day of , 19 ~9 BETWEEN LESLIE VAUGHN and GRACE VAUGHN, his Wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagors, and RONALD BELISLE and CAROL HIRSCH, hereinafter called the Mortgagees, WITNESSETH, That the~said Mortgagors, for and in considera- tion of Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars, to them in hand paid by the said Mortgagees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Mortgagee, RONALD BELISLE and CAROL HIRSC , their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate,- lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: Lot "b", Block 15, Section 14, Township 34, South, Range 40 East, Queens Cove Unit 1, as per Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 12A, 12B and 12C, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ ~ and the Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever PROVIDED ALWAYS, That if said Mortgagors, LESLIE VAUGHN b and GRACE VAUGHN, their heirs, legal representatives or assigns shall pay until the said Mortgagees, RONALD BELISLE and CAROL HIRSCH, their legal representatives or assigns, certain promissory note dated the day of ~ ~ T , 197/ , for the sum of TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ($27,000.00) DOLLARS, payable May 1, 1979 with no interest 7 signed by LESLIE VAUGHN and GRACE VAUGHN and shall perform, comply with x and abide by each of this mortgage, and shall pay all taxes which may accrue on said land and all costs and expenses said Mortgagee may be ~ put to in collecting said promissory note by foreclosure of this mort- _ gage or otherwise, including a reasonable attorney's fees, then this p-tJ G, i O ~ 1~/TEt 71•i34.
