In the Event the mortgagor fails to pay any installment
of principal or interest on any prior mortgage when the same becomed
due, the mortgagee may pay the same, and the mortgagor on demand all
repay the amount paid with interest thereon at the legal rate and the
same shall be added to the mortgage indebtedness and be secured by this
mortgage.
This mortgage is subject and subordinate to a first mort-
gage held by Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association
