All fixtures and articles of personal property now or at any
time hereafter attached to or used in any way in connection with
the use opertion or occupancy of the premises hereinafter des-
cribed, and any and. all buildings thereon or to be erected thereon,
including but not by way of limitation all building materials and
equipment now or hereafter delivered to~the premises end intended
to be therein installed, signs, plumbing, hearing and lighting
apparatus, mantels, floor coverings, furniture and furnishings of .
every type, nature ahd description whatsoever, draperies, screens,
storm windows and doors, awnings, shades, venetian blinds, shades,
plants, planters, tanks,' machinery, stoves, gas and electric ranges,
wall cabinets, appliances, furnaces, dynamos, motors, elevators ~
and elevator machinery, escalators and escalator machinery, radiators,
and all kitchen and laundry equipment, refrigerators, air conditioning,
incinerating and sprinkling and other fire prevention or extinguishing
equipment of whatsoever kind and nature (and in case such fixtures
and articles are subject to the lien of a conditional sales contract,
chattel mortgage or any other security interest, including any
deposits or payments heretofore or hereafter made with respect
thereto), together with any and all additions thereto and replacements
therefore; and all present arid'future leases, rents and profits .
