This cause came on for hearing on the 10th day of October 1978 on the petition
of nefendant to vacate judgments of this court entered on September 28, 1970 and
October 17, 1975, said judgments being respectively against Defendant for child
support and alimony , and for the sum of $47, 940.00 for accumulated unpaid child _
support and alimony , and the further petition of the Defendant to fix child support
and Defendant's rights to visitation; and on the Plaintiff's cross claim for a judgment
for S46 , 500 for necessaries supplied by her to the children from the time of abandonment
by the Defendant of the Plaintiff and the three children born of the marriage to date.
The parties appeared in person and b}' counsel, evidence was adduced,
memorandum of law supplied, and the court being fully advised in the matter doth

order, adjudge and decree: .
a 1. The the court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of the
Defendant's petition and Plaintiff's cross claim .
~ 2. That the judgments heretofore entered by this court on September 28. 1970
and on October 17 , 1975 ordering Defendant to pay support and alimony and entering
judgment against Defendant in the sum of $47.940.00 were done without jurisdiction
over the person of the Defendant and said judgments are hereby vacated and set

3. That Defendant, after giving credit for payments m2de by him for support,
- is indebted to Plaintiff in the sum of S16 , 552 for necessaries supplied by her for the
children and judbment for the Plaintiff and afiainst Defendant is hereby entered in the
sum of S16 , 552 .
