AFFIDAVIT

COiJNTY OF ST. LUCIE
R.D. McLAUGHLIN, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S
AS90:^IATION, INC.. anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORA.
TION,LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment netng recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being reworded in Offtciai Record Book 300
Page 1461 Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the ~,AKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 12, Block 167, Unit 12-A
