has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORP.
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION. said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186.

2. That there has been an Affidavit Filed against certain lot. block and
unit numners In Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded In OEflclal Record Book 300
page 1461 ,public Records of St. Lucie County, Florlda.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 16, Block 117, Unit 9
Lot 13, Block 132, Unit 10

and now held in the name of: ~
