property belonging to me at the time of my death, of what-
soever kind and nature, and wheresoever the same may be
situate, do hereby make, publish and decl.a~e this to be ~:y -
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all t4ills
and Codicils heretofore by me made:
FIRST: I hereby direct that all of my just debts,
funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executor,
hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after rr,~
demise.
SECOND: I hereby make the following specific
bequests to the following persons:

a. To my sister-in-law, ELEANOR GARDNER, of 2,iami,
` Florida, the sum of $100 (One Hundred Dollars).
b. To my nephew, ROBERT GARDNER, of Miami, Florida,
the sum of $100 (One Hundred Dollars). -
c. To my niece, JUDITH McMANUS, of Miami, Florida,
the sum of $100 (One Hundred Dollars). -

d. To my nephew, JAMES GARDNER, of h'orcester,

e. To my nephew, JOHN GARDNER, of Worcester,
