PARTIAL RELEASE OF 3iiORTGAGE
KNOW ALL 1~IEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, HUTCHINSO:1 ISLAND Llyl•ITED PARTNERSHIP, Mortgagor,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date t;~e 15th day of August, A.D., 1978, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 292, Page 163, mortgaged unto THE FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, national association and assigns, Mortgagee, the
premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of THREE
MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND and NO/100s (S3,USU,000.UU) DOLLARS, with interest as
therein mentioned; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Ccxle Financing
Statement filed on August 16, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 292 at Page
1658, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed a Uniform Commercial Code Financing
Statement filed on September 8, 1978, with the Secretary of State, State of Florida,
under File No. 929816; and

WHEREAS, the said HUTCHINSON LSLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIi? hits

premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises. from tre '_ier~
