SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAR LIEN
TO ALL WHOM IT NAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, the undersigned on or about April 22 19 74 ,
issued a Warrant against Ronald L. Holmes, 1210 North 24th Street,
Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant to Chapter 201,
Florida Statutes, which warrant was duly recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie.
County, .Florida, on May 7 19 74 in Official Record

WHEREAS, said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the tax
lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satisfied in
full. t
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hereby,
pursuant to Sections 201.16 and 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy
said lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
