is subject in every respect to the lk~c•laration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and l:~cliil~its attaci~ed thereto, i~lcluding b«t not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, Llic it~,les and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment pur~:hascd by Purchaser, and all M~cnclments to tl~e ;iforesaicl 1>e-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Licorhoration, Ry-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property U+mer's Association; and 1'c~rcl~aser
further ac)rnowledges receipt of and reading and ex:unination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, a~ul acknowledl;es that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and m:uiage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests au~d for the benefit of
all tl~e owners therein: Purchaser and all o~~~ers of parcels in tl~e aforeciescribed
Condominium covenant and ~Rree to abide h}• each and every provision of said )xclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rn-ch:cser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of tl~e terms and provisions cif said Declaration of Condo-
minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, end agrees that the assessment wider the
Property O~~ners' Association documents referred to above ai1c1 the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclaiowledgcs and confirms
that the neclaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O?,mers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominicnn parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as securit}~ for his obligations under the said 1eclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O?~ners' Association and said Purchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomiiiitun parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and induccuicnt~, i f ally, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration oG (:rnxlominitnn and tixhihi is attached there-
. to , and the common expenses and the stm~s clue under the Property (a,~~er' s Ascoc l a t l oll
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is oracle or intended
