a Florida Non-Profit corporaiton, the provisions of which documents
run with tl,e land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall. insure to and he binding upon tl,e heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed
against all and every person(s) whomsover, .lawfully claiming by, through c,r under
the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims cif such persons
claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
