in which his writ is located and Exhibits attaclied thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to i
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rrrles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
. plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Mrendnrents to the aforesaid 11e-

of Covenants and Restrictions of ti~e,I'roperty U+mer's Association; and Purchaser 'r
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, arrcl acknor.~lcdges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to tl~e sucessful operation and mar~age-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and~for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all or?•ners of parcels in the aforeclescribed s
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said 1.leclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. 1'cn-chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1.leclaration of Condo-
minirmr and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees tha; the assessment turder the
Property (>t.}ners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acla~owledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants anti Restrictions of the Property (><~niers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obli~±ations under the said Ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property 0?,mers' Association anti said An-chaser assrm~es the
obligations as to the Property O?~~ners' Association as to his condnminirvn parcel.
Rrrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations anti incluceuic°nts, i f any, are
as contained in the aforesaid declaration of Cc~nclominitnn :urcl Fahihits attached there-
to , and the common expenses and the stm~s due under the Property (~+irer' s Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except .here the .same is specifically ~carranted or guaranteed
