run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of member
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of tine respective parties i~ereto.
The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveye
against all and every person(s) whomsover, lawfully claiming hy, through or under
the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the lawful claims of such persons
claiming by, through or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever.
