is subject in every respect to the lk~c i aration of Condominitm~ as to the condc~minit,en
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to tl~e Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-la~~rs of the Association Articles of ]ncor•poration, the Rules and
Regulatic+ns, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Ix-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Luorhoration, Ry-l.~c~~s and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty O?~nter's Association; and i'urcl~aser
furt.lier aclcnowledfies receipt of and reading and examination of saki Declaration, its {
Exhibits, and budget , sales brochure and floor plan, auttl acknoioledf;cs that eacl? and
every prop?ision of the foregoing is essential to tl~e sucessful ol~cr:;tion anJ m:u~age-
ment of the Condominitan property and is. in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all o~~~ers of liarcels in the aforedcscribed
Condominium covenant :uid a£ree to ahi<le by each and every provision of said Ikclar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. I'crrchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said heclaration of Condo-
mini~nn and Exhibits attached thereto, and aFrscs that the assessment ~uulcr the
Property O~.•ners' Association dociunents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said 1'tirchaser aclo~otialedges and conf i nns
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property 0?,mers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~nn parcel i~eing conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said ieclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property O~~rners' Association and said Ru-chascr ass~m~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his cond~mini~un parcel.
1'circhaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducement, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Crnclominiim~ and F~hihits atrnched there-
to,, and the comnon expenses and the scans due under the Property (1?+iier's As~oci~tion
and other charges arc estimated only. No warrauity or guaranty is made or intended
