THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the application
d VIRGINIA YEARICIGS for a Restraining Order as prayed for in the
Motion for Restraining Order; and it appearing to the Court that
from the sworn testimony of VIRGINIA YEARICKS that the Respondent,
EARL F. YEARICKS, III, has threatened and utilized physical force
against her, that the Wife is fearful that the Husband will do
bodily injury to-herself and to the minor children of the parties
and that the Husband- has threatened to take the minor children
out of the country, and the wife is without funds to post a bond,

and the Court being more fully advised, it is upon consideration
ORDERED that you, EARL F. YEARICKS, III, BE, and you are
z
hereby enjoined, restrained and prohibited from harassing VIRGINIA
YEARICKS or approaching her in an unrully manner at all times and
places, It is further
ORDERED that each party is hereby restrained from
~ removing the children from the juzisdiction of this Court until
~ further Order of this Court.
The Sheriff shall enforce this Order without further
hearing or Order of this Court.
