THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the 2nd day of
March, 1979, upon the Plaintiffs' Petition for Appointment of
Receiver, the parties having stipulated as follows with the ex-
ception of the landlord, ST. LUCIF PLAZA, and the Court having
heard the stipulation and accepting same, it is therefore
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Raymond D. Parks is appointed temporary receiver
of the Continental Restaurant, for a period of_ ninety (QO) days,
beginning, March 3, 1979, at 8:00 a.m. on the following terms
and conditions:
a. The Receiver shall post a bond for S15,00~.00;
b. The Receiver shall make an itemized inventory
and file it with the Court within 5 days from date of Order;
a
c.. The Receiver shall hire the Defendant, O'!TAVIANn
MARIO RATTI, as chef and food manager for at least a period of

30 days; at a salary of X200.00 per week.
d. The Receiver shall pay out of funds received:
(1) Salaries to his employees,
