(3) Utilities;
(4) The current March rent to the. landlord
by March 31, 1979 and keep the rent current, and
(5) Pay such other expenses as may be directed
by the Court.
2. The Court reserves ruling upon the request for an
accounting by the Plaintiffs.
3. Nothing in this Order shall be deemed to prejudice
the landlord, ST. LUCIE PLAZA, et al.
4. The itemized inventory taken by the receiver shall
be taken in the presence of Salvatore Mola, Ottaviano Mario
Ratti and St. Lucie Plaza, or their representatives. The
receiver shall furnish a copy of the inventory to all parties.
DONE and ORDERED in Cha tiers at Vero Beach, Indian
River County, Florida this day of March, 1979.
