The Court reserves ruling upon the request for an accounting by the Plaintiffs. 3. Nothing in this Order shall be deemed to prejudice the landlord, ST. LUCIE PLAZA, et al. 4. The itemized inventory taken by the receiver shall be taken in the presence of Salvatore Mola, Ottaviano Mario Ratti and St. Lucie Plaza, or their representatives.
