THIS CAUSE coming on to be-heard upon Plaintiff's Motion
to establish reasonable attorney's fees, and the Court having
heard arguments of counsel, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. On January 29, 1979 and January 30, 1979, trial was
had in the above-captioned cause.
2. That on February 7, 1979, a Final Judgment was entered
in this cause in favor of the Plaintiff and the Court retained
jurisdiction for the awarding of reasonable attorney's fees.
3. That the Court having heard the testimony of Plaintiff s
attorney, expert witnesses testifying on behalf of Plaintiff's
attorney and an expert witness testifying on behalf of the:
F Defendant, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon evaluating the
testimony of the expert witnesses, review of the file and exhibits
~ as to a reasonable attorney's fee, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
the Court hereby awards a reasonable attorney's fee to Plaintiff's

attorney in the amount of $4,550.00. Said award of attorney's fee
shall be_in addition to the award for damages recited in this
Court's Final Judgment of February 7, 1979 in the cause and shall
constitute a portion of Plaintiff's total Judgment against the
Defendant, FORTUNE INSURANCE COMPANY, in accordance with Florida
Statute 627.428.
