THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 12th day of March,
1979, upon the Motion to Strike an affidavit and upon a Motion
for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiffs, and the Court
having heard argument of counsel and having reviewed the
affidavits and pleadings, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike the first
Affidavit of the Plaintiff, be and the same is hereby denied,
and it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Summary Judgment

filed by the attorney for the Plaintiffs, be and the same is
hereby denied.
