Attorney for-the Plaintiff, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is upon consideration, -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
That all parcels in the above-styled cause have been
settled by a Final Judgment or being dismissed and the Clerk of
the above-styled Court is hereby directed to refund forthwith to
the Plaintiff, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, the
balance of money deposited in the Registry of the Court which said
sum is TWENTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-THREE AND 09/100
($20,643.09) DOLLARS.
