the State of New Mexico, party of the second part, whose
poet office address is: 3715 Gold Street, Apartment No. 4,
Los Alamos, New Mexico, 87544,
WITNSSSSTH: that the said party of the first part, for
consideration paid, has remised, released and quitclaimed to
the said party of the second part, his heirs .and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to- ~
wit:
Lots 30, 31 and 32, Block 68 of INDIAN
RIVER ESTATES UNIT 8, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 73, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This instrument, prepared by grantee, was executed and
acknowledged outside the State of Florida.
