SATISFACTION OF PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Viola E. Nield, the
owner and holder of a certa?n Promissory Note executed by Stephen

H. Fisher and Sherry Lee Fisher, his wife, to Viola E. Nield,
bearing date the 27th day of June, 1975, recorded in Offical
Records Book 245, Page 705, in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida; said Note -
is in the amount of $8,294.40, hereby acknowledge full payment
and satisfaction of said Note, and surrender the same as
cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court
to cancel the same of record.
