ORDER ALLOWING WITHDRAWAL OF COUNSEL
This cause having come to be heard upon the Motion of
McDonald, Kenney & Russakis, Professional Rssociation, for an Order
authorizing said firm to withdraw as Counsel for the Defendant,
Dewey's Auto Supply, Inc., and it appearing to the Court that the
Defendant has stipulated to such withdrawal it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the law firm of McDonald, Kenney &
Russakis, Professional Association be and is hereby authorized to
withdraw as Counsel of record for the Defendant, Dewey's Auto Supply,
Inc. effective immediately. p.
