This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff and it appearing to the Court that a Default was regularly
and duly entered on the 21st day of December, 1978; and the Plaintiff
having filed an Affidavit and Exhibits herein as proof of the sum due
and unpaid; and the Court being fully advised of the premises; it is
therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, CHARLES T. HART, JR.,
do have, receive, and recover from the Defendant, JAMES D. MORRISON,
the sum of $7,505.21, plus interest in the amount of $525.36 as .of
January 15, 1979, and interest thereafter at the rate of seven percent
(770) per annum, Court costs in the amount of $34.50, making a total of
` $8,065.07 as of January 15, 1979, for which said amount let execution
