SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT °
AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
-That JIM POWELL, SR., as natural father and next friend
of VERNON POWELL, and JIM POWELL, SR., individually, do
hereby acknowledge full payment of Final Judgment heretofore
entered in said cause; and, the plaintiffs do hereby request and
direct the Clerk of the above-entitled Court to cancel and satisfy
of Record the Firal Judgment heretofore entered in said cause;

That JIM POWELL, SR., acting in the several capacities of

natural father and next friend of the minor. plaintiff, VERNON
POWELL, and individually, do hereby, in consideration of the
total sum of ($19,000.00)Nineteen Thousand Dollars, to them

in hand paid in accordance with /the requirements of said
.Final Judgment, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
remise, release and forever discharge the defendants, JAMES
~ HENRY ATTKISSON, FORT PIERCE CAB COMPANY and CANAL INSURANCE
COMPANY, and all persons, firms or corporations in privity
with them of and from the said Final Judgment rendered in
~ the said cause, and all manners of action, causes of action,
and damages, past, present and future, belonging to; or sustained
