KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, LYLE DeBOLT, of the County of Ector, and State of Texas, have
this day Made, Constituted and Appointed and by these presents do Make, Constitute
and Appoint MARVIN DeBOLT of Fort Pierce, in the County of Saint Lucie, and State
of.Florida, ~r true and lawful Attorney for me and in my name, place and stead,
for the purpose of approving, executing and delivering, on my behalf, all docu-
ments necessary with respect to the purchase by myself, together with Marvin
DeBolt and Dwight DeBolt, individually, all that certain Condominium Unit known
as Apartment 305, Colonnades Condominium Number 11, according to the Declaration
thereof recorded at 0 R Book 237, page 2011, public records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, scheduled to close on or about March 9, 1979, including, but not limited
to, the authority to obligate me on that certain purchase money promissory note
and mortgage with respect to said purchase in favor of First National Bank of
Fort Pierce, which obligation shall be in the principal amount of 538,400.00,
shall bear interest at the rate of 9-1/2% per annum and shall be payable in month-
ly installments over a period of 20 years; giving and granting unto my said Attor-
ney full power and authority to do and perform any and all acts and things whatso-
ever required and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully and to
all intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present, hereby
f ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney shall lawfully do in the
l premises by virtue hereof.

The undersigned hereby covenants that he is a resident of Odessa,
Ector County, Texas, and that the above described Condominium Unit is not and
shall not be his residence or homestead.
