WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all owners
of property within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing,
has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described requests for changes in

zoning classification be GRANTED, and i
I~IiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on February 27, 1979 after first publishing notice of said
.hearing in the News Tribune on February 12, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 27th day of February, 1979, as follows:
1. That the zoning of the following described property in
St. Lucie County, Florida; to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 9, J.I.
Kellem's Subdivision, according to the-plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 3, page 85 of the public
records of St. Lucie County; thence run west along
the southerly line of said Lot 9, 464.9 feet; thence
run northerly 330 feet to the southerly right of
way of of South Market Avenue, thence run easterly
along said southerly right of way line .of South
Market Avenue 464.9 feet to the westerly right of
way of U.S. Highway No. 1, thence run southerly
along said U.S. Highway No. 1 right of way 330 feet
to the point. of beginning
owned by ST. LUCIE BUSINESS ASSOCIATES, INC. AND-JAMES E. HAT~ELD,
be and the same is hereby changed from B-2 (limited business) and
B-3 (arterial business) to B-4 (general business).
2. That the zoning of the following described property.in
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
White City Subdivision 3-36-40, Lot 47
LESS the north 210 feet and LESS that
part already zoned B-3
owned by BARRIE REED, be and the same is hereby changed from R-1C
(residential, single family) to B-3 (arterial business).

White City Subdivision 3-36-40, the north
210 feet of Lot 47 LESS that part already
zoned B-3
