LUCIE PROPERTIES,INC~ a Florida corporation, of Fort Pierce,-Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagor,. and the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corpora- tion, with its principal place of business at Post Office Box 3469, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee. The parties recite and declare that: (a) The Mortgagee is the holder of a certain note for the payment of $140,000.00 made by the Mortgagor and dated the 10th day of September, 1968, and-due on the 20th day of February, a 1979. w - (b) Said note is secured by a mortgage recorded in O. Book 174 at Page 2972 of the Public Records of St. Lucie i N Q d ~ ~ a County, Florida, and mortgage extension agreement recorded in f G a/ ~ A ~ 0 0. R. Book 2257 at Page 2911, which mortgage is now a first lien H°~ on the premises situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows: Begin at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Jenkins Raad and the South line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, thence run North along said right- of-way line 199.25 feet to the point of beginning, thence continue North along said right-of-way line 215.24 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road, thence Northeasterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road 215.24 feet to a point, thence South on a line parallel to the East right-of-way line of Jenkins Road 215.24 feet to a point, thence South- westerly on a line parallel to the southerly right-of- way line of Okeechobee Road 215.24 feet to the point of beginning.
