By resolution of the Board of County Commissioners, duly ~
passed at their regular meeting of 6th day of March
19 79 and in compliance with Chapter 95.361 Florida Statutes,
this survey recorded in Plat Book ~_pages ~~p of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida shows the location
of a road described-as follows:
North 33rd Street fra~~a Avenue "Q" to Avenue "T" in Lots 11 & 12,
Block 2; Lots 11 & 12, Block 4 and Lots 11 & 12, Block 5, all
lying and being in Sunrise Park #1 as per plat thereof d21 file
in Plat Book 8, page 42 of the Public Beeords of St. Lucie
Qounty, Florida
in St. Lucie County which has been maintained or repaired continuously
and uninterruptedly for a period of four (9) years or more by said
County and by said statute does vest any interest or title thereto
in St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida.
