under the laws of the State of Florida to act as guardian of ANNIB C. TILLMAN,
incompetent, with full paver to ask, demand, sue for, recover, and receive any
assets belonging to said incompetent; to pay the debts of said incompetent, if
any, so far as the assets of her estate will- permit and the law direct, and to
protect the interests of said incompetent and her estate according to law, and
