IN THE NAl`IE OF GOD, AMEN, I, NELLIE MIICKENTHALER,
being over the age of 21 years, a resident of the City of
Fullerton, Orange County, California, and being of sound
and disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress,
menace, fraud or undue influence of any person whomsoever,
do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in the manner following, that is to say:
FIRST: I hereby declare that I am a widow, and that
my beloved husband, Lawrence A. Muckenthaler, passed away
on the 4th day of October, 1977; and that we have eleven
beloved children as the issue of our marriage, and as
follows: Lawrence A. Muckenthaler, Jr., who was born on the
7th day of July, 1927; Robert Donald puckenthaler, who was
born on the 26th day of February, 1929; Ronald Stephen
Muckenthaler, whowas born on the 23rd day of April, 1930;
Carol Joan Landeck, who was born on the 27th day of -
'E December, 1935; Richard Leroy Muckenthaler, who was born on -
the 13th day of July, 1937; Norbert Vincent Muckenthaler,
~ who was born on the 19th day of July, 1938; David Jerome -
Muckenthaler, who was born on the 15th day of Nov., 1938,
who is now deceased; Thomas Joseph Muckenthaler, who was
born on the 6th day of March, 1941; Marilyn Louise Bolcer,
who was born on the 4th day of Jul y, 1942; Irancy May
Ankeny, who was born on the 16th day of February, 1944; and -
Kenneth Edwin Muckenthaler, wlio was born on the 22nd day o

February, 1947. I further declare that all of the property
