SECOND: - I make the following specific devises and bequests of property: - a) I give, devise and bequeath to our said beloved daughter, Marilyn Louise Bolcer, our home located at 1530 Avolencia Drive in the City of Fullerton, California, together with all the land owned in connection therewith, and-all of- the furniture and furnishings, clothing, jewelry and personal effects, save as hereinafter set forth; and in the event that she predeceases me, I give, devise and bequeath all of said property to her children surviving me, and in equal shares. I give-and bequeath~to our daughter-in-law, Barbara Carol I?iuckenthaler, all of my candlewick, and I give to our daughter, Nancy May Ankeny, all of my lenox. In the event that either of them predecease me, said bequests shall lapse and shall be and become the property of our said daughter, Marilyn Louise Bolcer, or to her children surviving her, as aforesaid. b) I give, devise and bequeath all of the real property - locate: at the southwest corner of Houston and south Harbor ~ in the City of Fullerton, California, presently leased to . the Shell Oil Company, and all income therefrom, to our following beloved children, and in equal shares: Carol Joan -Landeck, Marilyn Louise Bolcer, Nancy May Ankeny, Richard Leroy Muckenthaler, Norbert Vincent Muckenthaler, Thomas Joseph - Muckenthaler, Kenneth Edwin 1?Iuckenthaler and Ronald Stephen Muckenthaler. In the event that either of them predecease me ~ leaving a child or children surviving me, his or her share thereof shall become the property of his or her child or children in equal shares, or to the issue of a predeceased child per stirpes.
