HomeMy WebLinkAbout2709 ~ a~ i V n1 the property of the survivor of them in equal shares, or to his or her children in equal shares surviving me, or to the issue of a predeceased child per stirpes. c) I give and devise to our said beloved son, Kenneth Edwin Muckenthaler, all of my one-fourth interest in the parcel of real property which is presently subject to a long term lease to Mariner Interest No. 4, a Texas general - partnership, and upon which a Holiday Inn is presently , located, at 222 West Houston Avenue, Fullerton, California, • together with all income therefrom to which I am entitled according to the terms of the lease thereon. In-the event that our said beloved son predeceases me leaving a child or children surviving me, I-give the said property to his said child or children in equal shares surviving me, or to the issue of a predeceased child per stirpes. In the evenC that our said beloved son predeceases me without leaving a child or children surviving me, I give and devise said property in accordance with the terms of disposing the residue of my estate, as hereinafter set forth. d) I presently own of record an orange grove located - - ~ - in St. Lucie County, Florida, legally described as the South 1/2 of Section 29 excepting the East 2030 feet thereof containing 200.51 acres, all in Township 37 South Range 39 - East, also described as all of Block 3 of the plat of Alan Wilson Groves, together with stock in the St. Lucie Mutual ~ - ~ Water Company for the purpose of furnishing irrigation water to said orange grove. I have heretofore, for a valuable consideration, given to our said beloved son, Richard Leroy Piuckenthaler, a Deed to an undivided 1/Sth interest therein, ~ together with a like interest in said water stock, and I have k by mutual agreement with our said son, reserved the income 1 from said property during the term of my natural life.
