and my said beloved deceased husband have heretofore for a
valuable consideration, and by an unrecorded agreement sold
to l~'illiam Parker, M.D., an undivided 1/16th interest therein
together with a like interest in said water stock, and periodic
remittances with said agreement have been made to him, a
record of which is in the possession of Ward 1?i. Gallacher,
C.P.A. '
Subject to the unrecorded Deed aforesaid, and subject
also to said agreement with William Parker, M.D., I give,
devise and bequeath all of said orange grove and water stock
to Carol Joan Landeck, Nancy May Ankeny, Richard Leroy
Muckenthaler, Norbert Vincent Muckenthaler, Thomas Joseph
Muckenthaler, Marilyn Louise Bolcer and Kenneth Edwin
Muckenthaler, and in equal shares. In the event that either
of them predecease me leaving a child or children surviving
me, his or her share thereof shall become the property of
' his or her child or children in equal shares, or _to the
issue of a predeceased child per stirpes. In the event that
eitheY of ther: predecease me without leaving a child or
chilc:en surviving me, his or her share shall become the _
r property of the survivor of them in equal shares, or to
his or her children in equal shares surviving me, or to the
issuz of a predeceased child per stirpes.

e) Subject to the foregoing specific devises and bequests
of property, I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder~of my property, together with the
lapsed devises and bequests, if any, to our following
beloved children, and in equal shares: Carol Joan Landeck,
Marilyn Louise Bolcer, Nancy May Ankeny, Richard Leroy Mucken-
thaler, Norbert Vincent Muckenthaler, Thomas Joseph Ptucken-
thaler and Kenneth Edcrin Muckenthaler. In the event that
