inheritance taxes and federal estate taxes.. Said sale and/or
sales shall only be made with the consent of the individual
Executor; and the net proceeds of said sale and/or sales of
specifically devised and/or bequeathed property shall be
divided between the above-named children or their successors,
in interest in the proportion hereinabove set forth.
SIXTH: In the event that I become unable to take
care of myself or my property because of illness, or for " ,
any other reason, it is my wish and I hereby. direct that my
said beloved daughter, Marilyn Louise Bolcer, be appointed
conservator of my person. In the event of her inability to
so act, I hereby direct that my said beloved son, Richard
Leroy Muckenthaler, be appointed such conservator; and that
the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association
be appointed conservator of my property.
SEVENTH: If any devisee or beneficiary under this Will,
or any person caho claims under or through a devisee, legatee

or beneficiary under this Will, or any person who, if I
died intestate would be entitled to share in my estate, or
any other persons for whom provisions are not made by me in - .
this Will, whether they are related to me or are my~heirs

at law or not, shall, in any manner whoatsoever, directly
or indirectly contest this Will, or attack, oppose or seek
to impair or invalidate any provisions thereof, or conspire
or cooperate with any one attempting to do any of the acts
or things aforesaid, then I hereby bequeath to such person
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) only, and all other bequests,
devises and interests in this Will given to such person shall
be forfeited and shall augment proportionately the share
of my estate going under this Will for such of my devisees,
legatees and beneficiaries as shall not have participated
