The instruments presented to this Court as authenticated
copies of the Last Will and Testament of Nellie Muckenthaler,
Deceased, having been duly admitted to probate and. record in
the Superior Court of Orange County, California, a Court of
probate jurisdiction; and the Court finding that the Will
dated August 1, 1978, complies with the laws of Florida as
to form and execution and that it devises real property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, owned by the decedent
at the time of her death; said property described as -
The South half of Section 29
excepting the Fast 2,030 feet
thereof containing 200.51 acres
all in Township 37 Sourh,.Range
39 East, also described as all
of Block 3 of the plat- of Alan
Wilson Groves. Less and except-
ing an .08 interest previously -
conveyed to P.ichard Leroy Mucken-
thaler, and further subject to
E the rights of William .Darker,
I ~ M.D., under an unrecorded agree-
! ment to an undivided 1/16th interest.
~ and the Court further finding that the holographic codicil
dated August 12, 1978, does not comply with the laws of Florida
as to form and execution, said codicil not having been witnessed
by two witnesses; and the Court finding that a duly authenticated
copy of the Will and Codicil, the Petition for Probate and the
Order admitting them to probate in the proper court of the
domiciliary state have been filed herein by the Petitioner, it
is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the Last Will

and Testament of Nellie Muckenthaler, deceased, dated August 1,
1978, is admitted to probate according to law as and for the
