Last Will of the decedent and it is further
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the holographic
codicil dated August 12, 1978, is not entitled to be admitted
to probate according to Florida law, and it is further
ADJUDGED that First National Bank of Fort Pierce is
appointed Personal Representative of the estate of the decedent
and that upon taking the prescribed oath, that ancillary letters
of administration shall be issued. `
