I, FRANCES S. AVIGNE, a citizen and
resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, being of sound
mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare
this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any artd
all former Wills, Codicils, and Letters of Testamentary Import
by me made.
ARTICLE FIRST
A. I direct that all my just debts due at
the time of my death, and all my last illness and funeral expenses,
as well as all inheritance or estate taxes imposed upon my Estate,
be paid as soon after my death as practicable, from the rest and

residue of my Estate, without apportionment.
B. In the event that, at the tune of my

death, I am the owner of any real estate, personal property, motor
vehicle, bank account, government bond or security, or instrument
of indebtedness- which is registered, recorded, held, or issued in
the name of myself and another person so that apparently the
other person is to become entitled to the whole on my death (as ~
tenant by the entirety, or as joint tenant with right of survivor- ~
ship, or as named beneficiary on my death), I declare it to be my
intention that.. all my interest in such property shall pass to such I
