HomeMy WebLinkAbout2726 '~9 1~~5 E ~k i surviving person, whether or not it would have vested in or a passed to him or her by operation of law upon my death, and, to the extent that it does not do so, I give and/or bequeath the same to such surviving person. 1 make this provision in order to eliminate any question as to the right of any such person to succeed to the full possession and ownership of such property i upon my death. . ~ ARTICLE SECOND ~ ~ I give and bequeath unto my daughters, PATRICIA ANN MANACK and MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, share and share alike, all my personal wearing apparel, furs, jewelry, ~ and other tangible personal belongings. If either one does not survive me, then her living children shalt take the mother's _ ~ place under this provision. If either one does not survive me, and is fwit survived by any living children, then said items are to be distributed to my then living daughter.
