Port Tobacco Creek, Charles County, Maryland, together with
all the appurtenances thereof, and all my right, title, and interest
to any items of furniture, furnishings, equipment, fixtures,
appticances, and household accessories located in said house and
customarily kept and used in said house at the time of my death.
I direct that my .said daughter shalt have the right to the use and
occupancy of said house forthwith from the time of my death, and
shalt be entitled to alt the income and pro fits from said house, if
any, from the time of my death. I direct my Personal Representatives
to distribute said house to PATRICIA ANN MANACK, together with
the contents, as soon after my death as practical. In the event my
said daughter, PATRICIA ANN MANACK, should predecease me,
then, and in such event, this legacy of my above described house
in Charles County, Maryland, and the tangible personal property
located therein, is devised and bequeathed to my daughter,
MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, as Trustee, in trust, for the
use and benefit of the tieing children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK,
i upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. This specific

° bequest is made subject to any encumbrances which might encumber
said property at the time of my death.
B. I further give, devise, and bequeath
all my tangible personal property customarily located and used in
~ the present residence of my daughter, PATRICIA ANN MANACK,
in Charles Count ,Mar Zand, and described on the tax rolls as

Parcels 1 & 2, Port Tobacco Creek, Charles County, Maryland,
to my daughter, PATRICIA ANN MANACK, if she survives me.
1 direct my Personal Representatives to make distribution of said
