tangible personal property to PATRICIA ANN MANACK as soon
after my death. as practical, and I direct that PATRICIA ANN
MANACK shatl be entitled to the use and possession of said
items of tangible personat propertg~ at all times from the time of
my death until formal distribution is made to her. In the event -
my said daughter, PATRICIA -ANN MANACK, should predecease
me, then, in such event, this bequest of my tangible personal
property described in this Paragraph B is devised and bequeathed
to my daughter, MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, as Trustee, in
trust, for the benefit of the living children of PATRICIA ANN
MANACK, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
C. In the event my daughter, PATRICIA
ANN MANACK, predeceases me, and I become the sole owner
of the real property I now own jointly with my said daughter,
PATRICIA ANN MANACK, in Charles County, Maryland, I hereby
give, devise, and bequeath said real property described on the
tax rolls as Parcels 1 & 2, Port Tobacco Creek, .Charles County,
Maryland, together with all appurtenances thereto, and together
with att furniture, furnishings, equipment, fixtures, appliances,
and household accessories located in said house and customarily

kept and used in said house at the time of my death, to my daughter,
MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI, as Tr:~stee, in trust, for the us e
and benefit of the living children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, upon
the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. This specific
bequest is made subject to any encumbrances which might encum-
ber said property at the time of my death.
