D. (aj TRUST PERIOD AND SITUS. The E
Trust of the real and personal property located in Charles County,
Maryland, herein created for the use and benefit of fhe living i
children of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, in the event my said daughter
predeceases me, shall come into existence as soon as Trust prop-
erty is received by the Trustee, MARGARET LOUISE EAGLOSKI,
from my Personal Representatives, and shall continue until MARY
JOSEPHIIVE MANACK attains the age of 2I years, and, at such time,
the corpus and accumulated income, if any, shalt be distributed to
the then living children of my daughter, PATRICIA ANN MANACK,
and said Trust shall terminate. The sites of the Trust herein
created in this ARTICLE THIRD shall be the State of Maryland,
but the Tr:~stee named herein shall not be req:~ired to file any
reports to a Commission:er of Accounts or apply to any Court in
order to qualify or to carry o:~t the purpose of the Trust herein
created. I further specifically waive alt trust qualification pro-

visions of the laws of the State o Florida, and state that my
~ Personal Representatives shall be fi~tty discharged upon filing a
Receipt from the above-named Trustee, MARGARET LOUISE
EAGLOSKI,' or her successor. In the event MARGARET LOUISE
EAGLOSKI, predeceases me, I name and appoint her Husband,
NORBERT E. EAGLOSKI, as her Successor Trustee. 1 direct
{ that no bond or other security of any kind be required in any juris-
diction of said named Trustees. I further direct that, under no
circumstances, shall JOHN M. MANACK, the father of the children
of PATRICIA ANN MANACK, be appointed or serve as Trustee of
the above described Trust.
